Mohol is a State Assembly/Vidhan Sabha consituency is a part of the Solapur Lok Sabha seat. Bharatiya Janata Party’s Shri. Sha. Bra. Dr. Jai Sidheshwar Shivachary Mahaswamiji won this seat in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by a margin of 158608 votes.
NCP’s Ramesh Nagnath Kadam won Mohol assembly seat in 2014 Maharashtra Assembly Elections by a margin of 8367 votes. Runner-up Kshirsagar Sanjay Dattatraya of BJP bagged 53753 votes. Third position was held by SHS's Shejwal Manoj Bhaskar. Fourth came Laxman Kondiba Dhoble while Kharat Gaurav Gautam of INC got the fifth spot.
