BJP’s Kuche Narayan Tilakchand won Badnapur assembly seat in 2014 Maharashtra Assembly Elections by a margin of 23495 votes. Runner-up Chaudhari Roopkumar(bablu) Nehrulal of NCP bagged 50065 votes. Third position was held by SHS's Santosh Vasantlal Sambre. Fourth came Subhash Damodhar Magare while Gaikwad Dnyaneshwar Maroti (mauli) of MNS got the fifth spot.
