Tirora is a State Assembly/Vidhan Sabha consituency is a part of the Bhandara Gondiya Lok Sabha seat. Bharatiya Janata Party’s Sunil Baburao Mendhe won this seat in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by a margin of 197394 votes.
BJP’s Rahangdale Vijay Bharatlal won Tirora assembly seat in 2014 Maharashtra Assembly Elections by a margin of 13098 votes. Runner-up Bansod Dilip Waman of IND bagged 41062 votes. Third position was held by NCP's Turkar Rajlaxmi Rajeshkumar. Fourth came Katre Parasram Gyaniram while Bisen Pancham Tanuji of SHS got the fifth spot.
