Deepika's yoga prowess is on full display in the actress's most recent Instagram post.

In a series of photos posted on Thursday, Deepika showed us how to do a variety of yoga poses with ease, inspiring us to get on our mats and practice.

At the yoga studio, Deepika was dressed in an all-over pale nude unitard and her hair was in a neat bun.

Deepika can be seen doing the Eagle Pose, also known as Garudasana, the Camel Pose, also known as Ustrasana, the Flip The Dog Pose, the Crescent Moon Pose or Anjaneyasana, and the Warrior Pose II, also known as Virabhadrasana.
