''Out of 31 lakh people without ration card who have applied for free ration, 3.5 lakh have recieved it via schools. I am appeling to all to apply for free ration even if you don't have card'', says Arvind Kejriwal.
''2274 samples were tested yesterday out which 67 cases tested positive. In last 2-3 days the number of cases have gone down'', he added.
