Arvind Kejriwal: 31 lakh without ration cards have applied for free ration
''Out of 31 lakh people without ration card who have applied for free ration, 3.5 lakh have recieved it via schools. I am appeling to all to apply for free ration even if you don't have card'', says Arvind Kejriwal.
