Narendra Modi

Narendra Modi is the 14th prime minister of India. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is the longest-serving prime minister from outside the Indian National Congress. Modi was born on September 17, 1950 in Vadnagar, Gujarat. He was elected as the chief minister of Gujarat in 2001, and served for three terms. Modi was elected as the prime minister of India in 2014, and led his party back to power in 2019. With the next Lok Sabha elections scheduled to be held in 2024, the BJP-led NDA government is eyeing a third term under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
