The team of KD – The Devil kicked off teaser promotions in Mumbai before heading to Hyderabad for the Telugu version's launch.

At the Mumbai event, Shilpa addressed the language debate saying, “Mala Marathi mahit ahe, me Maharashtra chi mulgi aahe,” winning hearts with her one-line response.

Shilpa plays a key role in this multilingual action drama set in Bengaluru during the 1970s and 80s.

The film features Dhruva Sarja in the lead, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Nora Fatehi, V. Ravichandran, and Ramesh Aravind.

The film is helmed by popular Kannada director Prem and is said to be inspired by real events.
