After the shocking break-in and stabbing incident at Saif Ali Khan’s Bandra residence, police were seen investigating the premises.

Authorities are questioning guards and staff members to gather information about the intruder and how they gained access to the property.

The police are focusing on possible leads to understand the intruder's movements and the method of entry.

Encounter specialist Daya Nayak has arrived at the location to assist with the investigation, adding strength to the police’s efforts.

A forensics team has reached the scene to examine the area for evidence related to the incident.

The police are recording statements from three members of Saif Ali Khan’s staff to understand the sequence of events.

Saif Ali Khan was injured during a scuffle with an intruder who reportedly broke into his home. The actor sustained multiple stab wounds.

Saif was rushed to Lilavati Hospital where he is currently undergoing surgery for his injuries.

Dr. Niraj Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital, confirmed that Saif suffered six injuries, two of which are deeper, with one near his spine.

Saif’s surgery is being performed by Neurosurgeon Nitin Dange, Cosmetic Surgeon Leena Jain, and Anaesthetist Nisha Gandhi. The extent of the damage will be assessed after the surgery.

Saif Ali Khan, his wife Kareena Kapoor, and their two sons, Taimur and Jeh, live in the Satguru Sharan building in Bandra West, Mumbai.
