On Day 2 of IND vs ENG 2nd Test, Jaiswal achieved the milestone of becoming the third youngest Indian batter, following Vinod Kambli and Sunil Gavaskar, to notch a Test double century.

The left-handed opener, aged 22 years and 37 days, resumed batting on Day 2 from his overnight score of 179 runs.
