‘Bigg Boss 14’ COVID-19 Guideline: Here’s How Salman Khan’s Show Is Taking Precautionary Measures

New Delhi: Salman Khan’s show ‘Bigg Boss’ is touted as one of the biggest reality shows. ‘BB’ is all set to premiere its 14th season today (October 3) on Colors TV. Ardent fans have been eagerly waiting to know each and every detail about the show ever since the makers dropped the promo of ‘BB14’ with a unique twist with the catchphrase ‘Ab Scene Paltega’. Reportedly, owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the contestants will get to enjoy all the pre-lockdown experiences inside the house. People had to engage themselves in regular household chores to survive themselves during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keeping in mind all the problems faced this year, the promo of ‘Bigg Boss 14’ claims that the show is the solution to all problems and promises to give a ‘befitting reply’ to 2020.
As with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, people have missed out on various activities including shopping, eating out, watching films, etc. Owing to this situation, the contestants of ‘BB14’ will get to enjoy all the pre-lockdown activities as there will be a mini theatre, a mall, and a spa. Reportedly, the contestants will get to enjoy these facilities as part of luxury tasks. The ‘Bigg Boss 2020’ housemates will undergo COVID-19 tests before entering the house and reportedly have been put up in different hotels to complete their self-quarantine period. Also, there will be no double beds or bed-sharing for the contestants, no plate or glass sharing and there will be COVID-19 tests on a weekly basis. There will also be no physical tasks reportedly during the initial weeks where the contestants require to touch each other. ‘Bigg Boss 14’ also will not have a live audience and Salman Khan revealed that he returned to the show because its production will lead to employment for many people. Health and hygiene will be given primary importance in this season of ‘Bigg Boss’ and the makers are making sure to observe all the precautionary measures inside the show.
