‘Back in Action’: ‘RRR’ Actor Ram Charan Tests COVID-19 Negative

The 'Magadheera' actor revealed that he has tested COVID-19 negative and is ‘back in action’. Read on.

New Delhi: Popular Telugu actor Ram Charan who tested positive for COVID-19 last month, has finally tested negative for the virus. The ‘Magadheera’ actor took to his social media and shared the news with his fans and followers. S S Rajamouli Reveals The Reason Of Casting Alia Bhatt In Jr NTR And Ram Charan Starrer ‘RRR’ Ram Charan took to his social media and shared pictures of him where a beautiful parrot can be seen sitting on his shoulder. He revealed in the post that he has tested COVID-19 negative and is ‘back in action’. The caption for his post read, “Tested negative ! I’m back in action”.
When the ‘RRR’ actor tested positive for coronavirus, he shared the news on his social media in a statement which read, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. No Symptoms and Quarantined at home. Hope to heal soon and come out stronger.” Sharing the post, he wrote, “Request all that have been around me in the past couple of days to get tested. More updates on my recovery soon.”
After Ram Charan, his cousin Varun Tej Konidela also revealed that he has tested positive for COVDI-19 with mild symptoms. He shared a note which read, “Earlier today I tested positive for Covid-19 with mild symptoms. I am currently quarantined at home taking the necessary precautions. I will be back soon. Thank you for all your love.” Varun, however, tested negative for COVID-19 a few days back as he shared the news on his social media.
On the occasion of Christmas, Ram Charan hosted a party which marked the presence of his family members including Varun Tej Konidela. Both the actors tested positive for coronavirus on the same day. Take a look at the celebration pictures here.
Ram Charan made his acting debut with the 2007 Telugu film ‘Chirutha’. The actor is best known for starring in several hits like ‘Magadheera’, ‘Racha’, ‘Naayak’, ‘Yevadu’, ‘Dhruva’, ‘Rangasthalam’ and ‘Zanjeer’. He has also produced films such as ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ and ‘Khaidi No 150’. Charan will be next seen starring in ‘Baahubali’ director’s next project titled ‘RRR’. The film will also feature Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn and Jr NTR. This movie is a fictional take on the younger days of Indian freedom fighters Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively.
