New 2023 Hyundai Verna To Launch With Level 2 ADAS Features
The new Verna will come with Hyundai SmartSense suite of ADAS features with radars (Front and Rear), sensors and cameras (Front) to see obstacles on the road.
Hyundai will be launching the Verna on 21st and the sedan will come with Level 2 ADAS features while being the first to do so in its class. The new Verna will come with Hyundai SmartSense suite of ADAS features with radars (Front and Rear), sensors and cameras (Front) to see obstacles on the road and act accordingly while either warning the driver or taking action. The feature list includes

- Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist- Junction Turning

- Safe Exit Warning
- Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go

The level 2 functionality is partial vehicle automation and is more advanced with radars at both the ends of the car. Currently, the Honda City comes with ADAS but the Verna comes with Level 2 ADAS. The Verna would be the third new Hyundai to offer ADAS in India after the Tucson and the Ioniq 5 with both being more premium cars. The new Verna features list also includes other safety features like

- Hill Start Assist Control (HAC)

- EPB (electric parking brake)

- TPMS (Highline)
Recently the new Verna comfort and technology features were revealed with the car getting a 10.25-inch screen and a digital instrument cluster along with a Bose audio system plus ventilated seats and more.
