PM Modi Security Lapse | Punjab police and protesting farmers were seen having tea : Reports

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was stuck on a flyover during his Punjab visit on Wednesday- a lapse the Centre has blamed on Punjab government. Now, according to recent reports, the govt instructed police to not use force against the protestors blocking PM Modi convoy. Reports also said that farmers were seen enjoying tea with police when PM's convoy was stuck midway.
