Rajasthan Royals (RR)

Rajasthan Royals had a disappointing campaign in IPL 2025, finishing ninth in the standings with just 4 wins in 14 matches. The team struggled with consistency, and questions were raised about its direction and leadership.

While Sanju Samson has been at the helm since 2021 and even led RR to a final, his fitness issues in 2025 hampered both his availability and performance. He missed several matches and often featured only as an impact player. With the team failing to deliver, the management may consider a fresh face to lead in IPL 2026.
