Maxwell's wife Vini hails from West Mambalam's Murthy Street, Chennai, but was born and raised in Australia where she studied pharmacy. Her father Venkat Raman and mother Vijayalakshmi Raman had moved to Australia before her birth.

Last month, Maxwell and Vini's wedding card, printed in Tamil, had created a buzz on the internet.

The star all-rounder was retained by RCB for a whopping Rs 11 crore ahead of IPL 2022 mega auction. He missed RCB's opening game against Punjab due to his wedding but will soon join the Bangalore squad in next few days. Last year, Maxwell had created a roar with his super form in T20 format, scoring 513 runs in just 15 games with a mind-boggling average of 42.75.
