Suryakumar Yadav has been in prolific form in the ongoing T20 World Cup. He has smashed three half-centuries in the Super 12 stage. The Mumbai-based batter played a brilliant knock against Zimbabwe by scoring 61 runs off just 25 balls with the help of 6 fours and 4 sixes. The Indian team ended up winning the game by 71-run.

With this extraordinary stroke play, he is considered India’s Mr 360. This tag has been referred to former South Africa cricketer Ab de Villiers. In a chat with Star Sports, Surya said, “There is only one 360-degree player in the world, and I will try to play like him," said Suryakumar.

Former South Africa skipper Ab de Villiers responded and said, "You're very quickly getting there dude, and even more! Well played today”.

Earlier, Surya also talked about his ramp shot and said, "I mean you got to understand what the bowler is going to bowl at that time. That is a little predetermined at that moment. I have practiced the stroke a lot when I used to play a lot of rubber-ball cricket. So, you got to be thinking what the bowler is thinking at that time.”

"If the field is in I just back myself to go, there," Suryakumar said.

"You got to know how long is the boundary behind. When I stand there I feel it is just 60-65 metres. With the pace of the ball I just try and time it and take it on the sweet spot of the bat and if it hits it, it goes all the way”, he further added.
