New Indian opener, Shubhman Gill shared an image with his family on Twitter and captioned it "Home Sweet Home". Gill had a brilliant series with the bat. He scored 259 runs with an average of 51.8 in the three matches he played against Australia. He scored a crucial knock of 91 runs in the famous Gabba Test. The young batsman is looking good to cement his place in the side.

All-rounder Washington Sundar shared an image with his father captioned "Priceless Possessions" on his return from a long Australian tour. Sundar only played the one Test match, but he managed to impress a lot of people. His batting performance in the first innings ensured that India score a respectable total in the first innings. He also picked up four wickets in the match. He looks like a great all-round asset for the team in the larger scheme of things.

Mohammed Siraj was seen spending time with his niece on his return back home in Hyderabad. Previously, we also saw images of Siraj paying his tributes to his father at his gave. Siraj lost his father in November while he was busy playing for the country. Currently, Siraj is in Hyderabad and is receiving a lot of praise from local politicians, administrators and ordinary people from his home state Telangana.

The new wall of Indian cricket, Cheteshwar Pujara looks extremely delighted to be back home, just like everyone else. Pujara had a great series down-under. He was India's person to hold one end so that other players could play their natural game. Pujara was also hit multiple times on his head, shoulder, etc while battling the bouncing deliveries. His wife said that his daughter got emotional and said, "When he comes home, I will kiss where he is hurt, he will be fine.”
