Sachin was not the only special person to meet the school children. Singer-songwriter and lead singer of Coldplay, Chris Martin also accompanied Sachin.

Sachin was then seen holding a guitar and learning a few tricks from Chris Martin as the duo had a lovely time with the school children.

Coldplay is due to perform in the Global Citizen Festival of India and a huge crowd of around 80,000 is expected later in the evening.

Sachin Tendulkar, largely hailed as the greatest batsman of the modern era is the only batsman in the history of the game to score 100 international centuries.

After hanging his boots the ‘little master’ has been busy with social service, especially with the ‘Swachh Bharat’ mission. The village in Andhra Pradesh, which Sachin had adopted, has been declared ‘open defecation free’.

Sachin Tendulkar, who loves to spend time with children, visited Shri Gadge Maharaja Vidyalay, in Mumbai and met its students.
