The walima, traditional post-wedding reception, was hosted at Grand Nirvana hotel-resort in Bareilly. It was mostly attended by Fahad's friends and family.

Swara shared the video of her walima lehenga on Instagram and revealed that the lehenga was designed by a Pakistani a Pakistani designer. She wrote, "A sneak peek into the stunning @alixeeshantheaterstudio. Lehenga set that @alixeeshanempire kindly made and sent across to me from all the way across the border! Special thanks to @natrani for making this possible!"
