Kangana Ranaut, Anupam Kher & Other Cast Attend 'Emergency' Trailer Launch, PICS

Check out the pictures of the cast and crew attending 'Emergency' trailer launch event in Mumbai on Wednesday, August 14.

Directed by Kangana herself, the hard-hitting trailer of 'Emergency' was released today.

In 'Emergency', Kangana Ranaut portrays the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.

She wore an ivory-coloured embroidered saree to the trailer premiere and kept her hair in a retro-styled low bun.

Anupam Kher made a stylish entry in blue Nehru jacket, rolled up light blue shirt and black pants.

Shreyas Talpade, who is part of the ensemble cast, was also present during the launch.

Mahima Choudhary arrived in a black floral kaftan dress. She completed her look with black high heels.

During the event, Kangana Ranaut addressed the cast of the film saying, “I want to give a special thanks to my cast. Everybody knows I have been boycotted by the industry. It’s not easy to stand with me or do my film. And it's most definitely not easy to praise me."

Set in 1975, the political drama is slated to release on September 6.
