Hyundai Ioniq 6 EV: Sedan With A Range Of 614 Km — Check Images

Hyundai's Ioniq brand of EVs has seen success with the Ioniq 5 while it's new Ioniq 6 is also an EV being a sedan with a range of 614 km.

The car will go on sale in select markets in Europe later this year and in North America in 2023. For now, India will get the Ioniq 5 EV. With a WLTP-rated range of 614 km, the Ioniq 6 is one of the most efficient sedans in the EV space at this segment. In terms of dimensions, the Ioniq 6 has a length of 4,855 mm, 1,880-mm width and 1,495-mm height. The Ioniq 6 has a long-range 77.4-kWh battery with two electric motor configurations- either with rear-wheel-drive (RWD) or all-wheel-drive (AWD). (Source: Somnath Chatterjee)

The top-of-the-line dual motor setup is an AWD option with 239 kW of power and 605 Nm of torque. In terms of charging, the car is compatible with 400-V and 800-V charging infrastructures. Like the Ioniq 5, the Ioniq 6 also has the vehicle-to-load (V2L) function that means you can use the car to charge any electric device.
