New Delhi: American singer Taylor Swift recently slammed the OTT platform Netflix for making a sexist remark on her past relationships. The singer slammed a show on Netflix calling it ‘lazy’ and ‘deeply sexist’. In the season finale episode of Netflix’s show ‘Ginny & Georgia’, there’s a dialogue - “What do you care? You go through men faster than Taylor Swift.” This dialogue is asked by one of the characters Ginny Miller to her mother, according to BBC.
Taylor Swift shared a screenshot on her Twitter and wrote, “Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants its lazy, deeply sexist joke back. How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse shit as FuNnY. Also, @netflix after Miss Americana this outfit doesn’t look cute on you 💔 Happy Women’s History Month I guess”
