‘Phillauri’ Actress Mehreen Pirzada Calls Off Engagement With Bhavya Bishnoi

Mumbai: Telugu actress Mehreen Pirzada has broken her engagement with politician Bhavya Bishnoi. Mehreen got engaged to Bhavya earlier this year on March 12, in the presence of their loved ones.

Mehreen Kaur Pirzada announced the news on her Twitter with a statement that read, “Bhavya Bishnoi and I have decided to break off our engagement and not go ahead with the wedding. It’s a decision that has been taken amicably and in the best interest. With respect in my heart, I would like to say that from now on I have no further association with Bhavya Bishnoi, any of his family members or friends. This is the only statement I will be making regarding this, and I hope that everyone respects my privacy as this is a very private matter. Meanwhile, I will continue to work and am looking forward to giving my best in my future projects and performances.”

Predominantly working in Tamil and Telugu films, Mehreen Pirzada has also worked in the Bollywood movie ‘Phillauri’ which featured Anushka Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles. She made her acting debut with the 2016 film ‘Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha’.

Mehreen Kaur Pirzada has starred in movies including ‘Mahanubhavudu’, ‘F2: Fun and Frustration’, ‘Entha Manchivadavuraa’, ‘Aswathama’, ‘DSP Dev’ and others. She will be next seen starring in the 2021 movie ‘F3’ which stars Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles.
