Deepika Padukone is mentioned in the top four list of top-earning celebrities of India, added the report. According to the report, the most successful Bollywood movie of the actor at the box-office is ‘Padmaavat’ in which she portrayed the role of Rani Padmaavati. This historical saga earned approximately around Rs 5,59,180,9830 ($74,630,951; £54,555,000) at the box-office worldwide largely from the domestic audience. Padukone’s Hollywood movie ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage’, where she was seen illustrating the role of Serena was also declared to be her biggest box-office success. The film earned a grossing amount of approx. Rs 25,852,386027 ($345,038,228; £255,700,000) globally. The Bollywood star made her debut in Hollywood with this movie. Reportedly, the ‘Cocktail’ actress charges a whopping amount of Rs 10 crore for a single film and Rs 8 crores for brand endorsements. Her net worth has shown a rise of around 40% in the last 3 years. Speaking on the work front, the ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ actress will be next seen starring with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday in Shakun Batra’s next unnamed directorial venture. Her next movie as a producer ‘83’ will hit the screens later this year where Ranveer Singh will be seen portraying the character of the cricketer Kapil Dev.
