Sunjay Kapur’s Haunting Final Post Days Before Death Sparks Shock Online

Indian industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s final social media post about life’s brevity is going viral after his sudden death during a polo match in the UK.

Just days before his untimely death, Indian industrialist and Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband Sunjay Kapur posted a message on social media that now feels eerily prophetic. The post, shared on his X (formerly Twitter) account, conveyed a profound message about time and choices.

“Your time on earth is limited. Leave the ‘what ifs’ to the philosophers and instead dive head first into the ‘why nots’,” read the message.

Captioning the post, Sunjay had added: “Progress demands bold choices, not perfect conditions. #MondayMotivation.”

The timing of the post, shared just three days before his sudden death on June 12 during a polo match in the UK, has gripped netizens with shock and sorrow.

Tributes Pour In: “Life is So Unpredictable”

After news of his death broke, several social media users began resharing the post, expressing disbelief at its poignancy. One user wrote, “What if he knew he had only 3 days left after this tweet? And what if I don’t even have that after this tweet?”

Another commented, “Life is so unpredictable.. Aaj hai Kal Nahi.”

A third noted, “This is so sad to read now that you’re gone. May your soul rest in peace and family and friends find strength for the loss. Om shanti 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.”

In 2017, Sunjay married his longtime partner, model Priya Sachdev, in an intimate ceremony. Together, they had a son, Azarias Kapur, and also co-parented Safira Chatwal, Priya’s daughter from a previous marriage.
