Madipur, Rajouri Garden, Hari Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Janakpuri and Vikaspuri constituencies fall within the West Delhi district. Aam Aadmi Party' candidates won all the six seats here in 2015 Assembly elections.

From Madipur Assembly seat, Girish Soni is contesting on Aam Aadmi Party's ticket in 2020 Assembly Election. Kailash Santhla is contesting on Bharatiya Janata Party's ticket while Jai Prakash Panwar has been fielded by the Congress party.
