Tata Altroz Racer Vs iTurbo: More Power And Sportier Looks; Check The Features

The Altroz Racer is the most powerful Altroz variant and here it comes with the 1.2l turbo petrol with 120bhp while being the same power output as the Nexon

Tata Altroz Racer Vs iTurbo: Soon there would be no less than two turbo options for the Altroz buyer and the big talking point here is the Altroz Racer. The Altroz Racer is the most powerful Altroz variant and here it comes with the 1.2l turbo petrol with 120bhp while being the same power output as the Nexon.

The other turbo petrol Altroz is the iTurbo which also comes with a 1.2l turbo petrol but here it is slightly less in power with 110 bhp. The Racer then has 30Nm more torque and around 10bhp of power over the iturbo. Exterior wise the Altroz Racer is more sportier with a slightly different grille plus a dual tone orange plus black exterior with other blackened exterior bits.

There are also racing stripes which further separates itself. Inside though there are bigger differences between the Altroz Racer and the iTurbo. The Racer will come with a larger touchscreen plus also will get more features.

In terms of features, there would be a big leap forward with ventilated front seats, a 360 degree camera, head up display and a lot more. This means that the interior would get a larger overhaul vs the standard Altroz.

Interestingly, there would be no DCT automatic for the Racer as well while the iTurbo is also manual. The Racer will be a lot more expensive over the standard Altroz but again you do get more in return too with the addition of features along with the sportier looks plus the extra power of course.

Hence, the Racer would appeal to enthusiasts who want more power while the latest features also brings it up to date with the competition. The Racer would be launched in the coming days while being the flagship of the Altroz range.
