Exact power specifications have not been revealed yet but the X440 gets a 440cc engine which is a single cylinder oil cooled one. We expect the power figure to be more than some of its intended competition while the redline is at 8,000 rpm which also makes this a long stroke motor.
Hence, expect a cruiser like power delivery with ample low-end torque at your disposal. The launch would be around July and this bike could be priced at Rs 3 lakh.
The competition would of course be Royal Enfield in terms of the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350 but the pricing would be expected to be slightly higher than both.
