''There is a difference between the first and the second wave of COVID. Demand for oxygen and beds increased in the second one. Now, everything has been streamlined. Oxygen express was run. IAF fighters were used for it. We also increased our capacity for conducting tests. Positivity rate has declined, recovery rate increasing'', Yogi Adityanath tells media.
