Principal And Librarian Exchange Slaps Inside School In Madhya Pradesh, Video Goes Viral

In the viral video, a heated argument erupts between the school principal and the librarian. The librarian begins recording the confrontation on her phone, prompting the principal to slap her.

An argument between the principal and the librarian escalated into a physical altercation at the Eklavya Adarsh School in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone. The incident captured on a phone went viral on social media.

In the viral video, a heated argument erupts between the school principal and the librarian. The librarian begins recording the confrontation on her phone, prompting the principal to slap her, seize the phone, and hurl it to the ground. 

"Madam, how dare you? Aap ne mujhe thappad kaise maara (How dare you slap me?)? Aap ki himmat kaise hui?," The librarian questioned the principal.

After the principal threw the librarian's phone to the ground is also seen picking up the phone and throwing it again, destroying the device. Later, they both began slapping and pulling each other's hair. 

"How did you break my phone? How dare you slap me?" the librarian questioned, complaining that her phone is smashed.

The principal also began filming the confrontation on her phone, prompting the librarian to slap her on the arm, which quickly escalates into a full-blown physical fight.

As the librarian yanks the principal’s stole, the principal retaliates by grabbing and repeatedly hitting her. The librarian repeatedly questions, "How dare you touch me?" while the principal insists she acted in "self-defense." Both women continue to pull each other’s hair and trade blows in the chaotic scuffle.

Meanwhile, the video posted on X with the account ID @ForMenIndia_ claimed that both the women involved in the issue and identified as Principal Praveen Dahiya and Librarian Madhurani, began fighting due to a disagreement over work-related issues.

After the incident, both were removed from their post and temporarily attached to the office of Assistant Commissioner Prashant Arya.

Netizens React To Viral Video

After the video went viral on X, it received mixed reactions from netizens. One of the netizens said, "Where is the outrage from the Child Welfare Committees and education authorities now? This toxic behavior sends the worst possible message to young minds—and it demands immediate action."

Another said mockingly, "V needs this type of woman’s,kum se kum apne hisab kitab jaldi se kar lete hai,India k leaders jaise nahi,70saal se Pakistan jaise country ko Bomb karne k liye bahut jyada time le rahe hai."

The next also said, "What a pity for the students studying in this school. Hope both the women fighting are sacked immediately and replacements introduced. Is this what is called Beti Badao, Beti Padao."
