A CCTV video has surfaced on social media showing an elderly woman being attacked by a dog in Exotica Dreamville Society, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As per the video posted on X, the incident occurred on April 26, 2025. However, ABP News couldn't verify the time and location of the video.

In the viral video, an elderly woman is seen walking down the street when she encounters a stray dog that suddenly attacks her. She struggles to break free and ultimately succeeds in escaping the dog.

Earlier in the video, the stray dog is shown targeting a building’s security guard. However, the guard's resistance appears to intimidate the dog, causing it to back off and redirect its aggression toward the woman.

As the woman is being attacked by the stray dog, a pet dog being walked nearby by its owner also appears to lunge toward her, seemingly joining the attack.

The video posted on X is captioned in Hindi, which translates into English, "This incident is from Exotica Dreamville Society on 26 April, it can be seen how the elderly woman has fallen."

In the viral video, it is claimed that the dog that attacked the elderly woman is not a stray dog, but it is also a pet dog.

After the incident came to light on social media, the netizens came up with their mixed opinion. One of the netizens said, "Now a days these incidents are happening too frequently....but infortunately now a days stray have rights over human."

The next said, "It’s not the dogs but the stupid dog owners whom one needs to be careful about."

Lashing out at the bystanders who didn't act to save the woman from the dog attack, another said, "Some eunuchs were also standing there to watch the fun."
