WhatsApp: This New Feature Can Allow Users To Add Contacts In Group Without Saving Their Numbers

WhatsApp Group: The point to note is that not everyone can create or share a link to a WhatsApp group. One needs to be the admin of a group to create a shareable link.

WhatsApp Latest News: Creating a WhatsApp group with multiple participants can be a daunting task, especially when you don't have all the contact numbers on your smartphone. To help users with this problem, the Facebook-owned platform has introduced a feature that lets you generate a link to a WhatsApp group and allows you to create a group. Hence users who want to join the group can join it through the link.

This feature is available to all WhatsApp users. The point to note is that not everyone can create or share a link to a WhatsApp group. One needs to be the admin of a group to create a shareable link.

Here are some easy steps to create and share the link for a Whatsapp group.

This is How People Can Be Invited To A WhatsApp Group

  • Open WhatsApp on the phone.
  • Now tap on the group whose link is needed to be created.
  • Now click on the name of the group at the top of the page.
  • Scroll and tap on "Invite to group via Link".
  • There will be able to see different options for sharing links in your WhatsApp group. One can also create a QR code for a WhatsApp group.
  • If someone wants to join that group, then they can join through the link.

Meanwhile, WhatsApp is working on another feature, wherein, the WhatsApp Group admin can delete the messages of any member of the group whenever they want. After the message is deleted, the notification on the screen will show that the admin has deleted the message. This feature is expected to be released soon.
