Realme 14T 5G Debuts In India With 6.67-Inch Display, Massive Battery: Check Out Price

Realme 14T offers a screen brightness of 2,100 nits, which Realme claims is the brightest in the segment.

Realme has added a new contender to the competitive mid-range smartphone space in India with the launch of the Realme 14T 5G, a device that combines powerful specs, durable design, and an eye-popping display. With an aggressive starting price of Rs 17,999, the phone aims to attract users who want flagship-like features without stretching their budget.

Brightest Display in the Segment, Claims Realme

One of the standout highlights of the Realme 14T 5G is its 6.67-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED screen that boasts a peak brightness of 2,100 nits — claimed by the company to be the brightest display in the segment. It offers a 120Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and supports 111% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, promising vibrant visuals and smooth interaction. TÜV Rheinland certification is also onboard to ensure reduced eye strain, especially during nighttime usage.

With a sleek 7.97mm profile and weighing 196g, the phone comes in three colours — Lightning Purple, Obsidian Black, and Surf Green — and will be available for purchase on Flipkart and Realme’s official online store.

Power Meets Endurance: MediaTek Chip & 6,000mAh Battery

Under the hood, the Realme 14T 5G is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, backed by 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. The device runs Realme UI 6 based on Android 15, offering a fresh software experience out of the box.

Fueling all this is a 6,000mAh battery, which supports 45W SuperVOOC wired charging, making it ideal for heavy users and gamers who need longer screen time with quick top-ups.

Dual Cameras, IP69 Durability & More

On the photography front, the Realme 14T 5G sports a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front of the device houses a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.4 aperture. Realme has also bundled in its AI imaging tools and Live Photo feature for an enhanced photography experience.

The handset comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a robust IP66, IP68, and IP69 water and dust resistance rating, making it one of the most durable phones in its segment. It supports 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 5, GPS, and a USB Type-C port, rounding off a well-balanced spec sheet.

Realme is confident this device will appeal to young users seeking a powerful, durable, and media-rich smartphone experience without the premium price tag.
