Nothing Phone 3 Teasers Start Pouring In: What We Know So Far

Nothing Phone 3 is likely to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which powers many of the top Android phones in 2025.

Nothing Phone 3: Nothing is ready to drop its next smartphone in July 2025, and this one might be its boldest move yet. Dubbed the company’s “first true flagship smartphone,” the upcoming Nothing Phone 3 promises top-tier specs and a design built with “premium materials,” as confirmed by the brand.

Since its debut in 2022, Nothing has carved a niche with its transparent aesthetic and minimalist software. With the Phone 3, the company appears ready to graduate from being a quirky challenger to a full-blown flagship contender.

The London-based firm has started sharing teasers on the Phone 3's design on its social handles.

Knowing Nothing, be prepared for several more closeups of the device to encourage guessing games among fans, with a full unveiling on launch day.

Flagship Specs With A Premium Feel

While Nothing hasn’t revealed everything officially, several leaks and reports have painted a fairly detailed picture of what the Phone 3 could offer. The device is expected to feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness that could hit a dazzling 3,000 nits. That puts it right up there with high-end rivals in terms of screen quality.

Under the hood, the Phone 3 is likely to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which powers many of the top Android phones in 2025. The processor is expected to be coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage — plenty of power for multitasking, gaming, and AI-driven features.

Photography buffs may also have something to look forward to, with a rumoured triple rear camera system headlined by a 50MP sensor, and a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies. A sizable 5,000mAh battery is expected to back the phone, supported by 50W fast charging and 20W wireless charging.

The Phone 3 is also tipped to arrive with a suite of AI features, including Circle to Search, Smart Drawer, real-time voice transcription, and a dedicated AI assistant designed by Nothing itself.

India Price Estimate: Premium But Not Overpriced?

While the company is yet to announce the official Indian pricing, Nothing CEO Carl Pei has indicated a price point of around £800 in the UK. That translates roughly to Rs 45,000 to Rs 50,000 in India, positioning it as a premium offering — but still potentially more affordable than many other flagship phones on the market.

As anticipation builds, all eyes are now on the July launch event to see how much of the rumour mill turns out to be true — and whether Nothing’s third phone can finally put it in the same league as the big players.

“Phone (3) is the start of us transitioning to a true flagship,” Pei had earlier posted. With bold claims and high expectations, July might just be Nothing’s biggest moment yet.
