Alcatel V3 Series Debuts With Unique Paper-Like Display Tech At Under Rs 20,000: Check Out How It Works

At the heart of the V3 Series lies the NXTPAPER display, a patented TCL innovation. It combines vibrant visuals with paper-like readability, glare-free viewing, and anti-fingerprint protection.

Alcatel has officially entered the Indian smartphone arena with a bold statement — introducing the V3 Series, a new lineup featuring cutting-edge NXTPAPER display technology never seen before on Indian smartphones. The French-origin tech brand has launched three models under the V3 umbrella: the premium V3 Ultra, performance-packed V3 Pro, and media-friendly V3 Classic.

With a unique 4-in-1 display mode powered by TCL's patented NXTPAPER tech, the V3 Series aims to offer an unmatched visual experience while reducing eye strain. Tailored especially for younger Indian consumers who demand both performance and comfort, this move marks a turning point in smartphone display innovation in the country.

Alcatel V3: Pricing & Availability

Alcatel’s new V3 lineup will hit Flipkart from June 2, 2025, with launch prices that seem competitive for what’s on offer.

The V3 Ultra leads the pack at Rs 19,999, followed by the V3 Pro at Rs 17,999, and the V3 Classic priced at Rs 12,999. Buyers can expect exclusive launch offers during the initial sale window.

Alcatel V3 Ultra: Stylus, eSIM & Horizon Lock Redefine Flagship Experience

The crown jewel of the series, the V3 Ultra, is designed with aspirational users in mind. Sporting a 6.8-inch NXTPAPER display, it adapts light dynamically, ensuring optimal brightness and color tones throughout the day. It also comes bundled with a precision stylus, allowing users to sketch, take notes, or work on-the-go. A sleek case is included to complement both style and function.

For photography lovers, the phone features a 108MP UltraPixel triple-camera system, flanked by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. Selfie enthusiasts aren’t left behind either, thanks to a 32MP front camera enhanced with built-in filters. The inclusion of Horizon Lock technology sets a new benchmark in video stability, while eSIM support adds flexibility for frequent travelers and dual-network users.

Available in Hyper Blue, Champagne Gold, and Ocean Grey, the V3 Ultra checks all the right boxes when it comes to flagship features wrapped in an elegant design.

Alcatel V3 Pro & Alcatel V3 Classic: Power Meets Versatility

The V3 Pro caters to multitaskers and power users, offering up to 18GB of RAM (10GB virtual RAM included), a 5200 mAh battery promising up to 26 days of standby time, and a generous 2TB expandable storage. This variant also boasts the NXTPAPER display with the same 4-in-1 viewing modes and is available in Matcha Green and Metallic Grey.

Meanwhile, the V3 Classic is built for media lovers. Marketed as India’s first smartphone with enhanced colour accuracy and clarity for immersive content viewing, it also introduces NFC support, a rare feature at its price point, enabling wireless payments at POS counters.
