Former Miss Kerala 2019 & Runner Up Killed In Road Accident In Kochi
The two other inmates of the car suffered injuries and have been admitted to Ernakulam Medical Centre (EMC), Palarivattom for treatment.
Chennai: The former Miss Kerala and runner-up of Miss Kerala in 2019 were killed in a road mishap after losing control of the car in which they were traveling on Vyttila-Palarivattom Bypass in Kochi on Monday. The winner of Miss Kerala 2019 and Miss South India 2021 Ansi Kabeer and Miss Kerala runner-up of 2019 Anjana Shajan died after they lost control of the car and rammed into a tree while attempting to avoid a bike coming from the opposite direction.
According to a report on The News Minute, Ansi from Alamcode and Anjana from Thrissur died on the spot while two other men, who were also in the car, suffered injuries. The two men were admitted to Ernakulam Medical Centre (EMC), Palarivattom for treatment after the accident that took place near Holiday Inn in Chakkaraparambu at 1.30 am. The police also sent the bodies of the two women to EMC for autopsy.

The police have also registered a case and have started the investigations.
Ansi just won the Miss South India 2021 in August and she was the youngest of all the contestants from the five Southern states.
Once the news of Ansi's death surfaced online, the last post of Ansi is also doing the rounds on social media. In the last post, Ansi said, "It’s time to go".
Anjana Shajan, along with modeling, has also made her acting debut in a short film "It's a kammal story".
