WATCH: Michael Hussey's quick-fire 50 in CPL T20

Guyana: Retirement from international cricket is usually followed by a sharp decline in reflexes and form. But the usual logic don't apply on Michael Hussey, who retired from international cricket in 2013 but has not slowed down as run-making machine. Hussey, nicknamed Mr. Cricket, is seen plying his trades in different T20 leagues. Earlier this year, he guided Sydney Thunders to the final of Big Bash League. Now he is busy in showing his batting skills in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL T20). On Tuesday, Hussey played a brilliant knock of 64 runs to lift his side St Lucia Zouks to a respectable total of 138. Though the team boasts of many big hitters like Shane Watson, David Miller and Darren Sammy, it was Hussey who scored the only half-century for the Zouks. No other batsman could even score 25 runs. However, Hussey couldn't inspire his team to victory as Guyana Amazon Warriors chased down the 139-run target with ease in 17.2 overs at the loss of just 2 wickets. Here is the video of Hussey's knock:     Hussey punished Rayad Emrit by collecting 18 runs from an over:
