'Pakistan Will Have An Advantage In T20 World Cup, Hosted By India'

ICC T20 World Cup has been officially shifted to UAE. According to reports, the T20 World Cup can most likely start from October 17 and the final match of the tournament will be played on November 14.

This year's T20 World Cup in India will be shifted to UAE. This was confirmed by BCCI Chief Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jay Shah on Monday. However, the schedule of the tournament is not ready yet and a decision will be taken on it in the next few days.

Of course, this World Cup is now being held in the UAE, but India will remain the official host. On the tournament being held in the UAE, Pakistan wicket-keeper batsman Kamran Akmal has said that this time the Pakistan team will benefit the most in the World Cup. He has also given the reason for this.

“Pakistan should have the advantage in the T20 World Cup. We’ve played international cricket for 9 to 10 years in the UAE. That makes Pakistan the most experienced side under the conditions,” Akmal said.

“Not only players from India and Pakistan but from other countries will also benefit going into the T20 World Cup since a lot of them play in both PSL and IPL. Given the conditions in the UAE, Afghanistan can also prove to be a dangerous side, looking at the players that they have. So, it is difficult to pick a favourite for the T20 World Cup,” Akmal said.

ICC T20 World Cup has been officially shifted to UAE. According to reports, the T20 World Cup can most likely start from October 17 and the final match of the tournament will be played on November 14.

The remaining 31 matches of the Indian Premier League (IPL) are to be played in the UAE itself before the T20 World Cup.
