Jayant Yadav ruled out of Quadrangular A series

New Delhi [India], Aug 26 (ANI): Haryana all-rounder Jayant Yadav has been ruled out of the ongoing Quadrangular A Series with a right side strain injury.

"The all-rounder is suffering from a right side strain injury and will be undergoing rehab at NCA, Bengaluru," said an official statement from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Yadav, who played in the opening game for India B team against South Africa A, will be replaced by Madhya Pradesh all-rounder Jalaj Saxena.

The Quadrangular series comprises four teams - India A, India B, South Africa A and Australia A.

While India A will next face South Africa A on August 27, India B will clash with Australia A later the same day in Bengaluru. (ANI)
