With the WPL 2025 league-stage done and dusted, here's all you need to know about the playoffs of the Women's Premier League 2025 edition.
The third edition of the ongoing Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 edition is set to enter the knockout stage on March 13 (Thursday). Delhi Capitals (DC), Mumbai Indians (MI) and Gujarat Giants (GG) will battle for the coveted title. While DC and MI have qualified for the playoffs for the third consecutive season, GG have made it to the knockout stage for the first time after finishing at the bottom in the previous two editions.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) defeated Mumbai Indians by 11 runs in the final league match of WPL 2025 March 11. The defeat cost MI a direct entry into the final. Meanwhile, RCB earned a consolation victory after suffering five straight losses and ensured they didn’t end the season at the bottom of the points table.

After the league stage of WPL 2025, both DC and MI ended with 10 points from eight matches. However, DC secured the top spot and a direct berth in the final thanks to a superior net run rate. While DC ended with a net run rate of +0.396, MI’s was slightly lower at +0.192.

Where To Watch WPL 2025 Playoffs Live Streaming & Telecast
The WPL 2025 playoffs will be broadcast live on Star Sports network channels. Fans can also stream the matches live on the JioHotstar app and website. The live coverage of the Eliminator will begin at 6:00 PM IST, with the toss scheduled for 7:00 PM and the match starting at 7:30 PM.
