Singer Neeti Mohan And AR Rahman Have Reached Narendra Modi Stadium To Rehearse For IPL Closing Ceremony

IPL 2022 Closing Ceremony Details, Time and Venue: The final of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be played between Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday. A closing ceremony will take place before IPL 2022 Final in which many artists, including Bollywood celebrities, will perform. Gujarat vs Rajasthan IPL final will be played from 8 pm IST, and before that the IPL 2022 closing ceremony will be held. The ceremony will start at 06:30 pm IST and will run for around 50 minutes. The toss for RR vs GT IPL 15 final will take place at 07:30 pm IST and after 30 minutes the summit clash will begin.

The closing ceremony will see Oscar-winning composer and singer AR Rahman celebrate 75 years of India's independence at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and folk dancers from different states will also perform in tonight's grand ceremony.

Singer Neeti Mohan and AR Rahman have reached the Narendra Modi Stadium to start rehearsals. A video of this has been posted by Niti on Twitter. As per reports, AR Rahman will dedicate the concert to celebrate glorious history of Indian cricket spanning decades. Former captains of Team India have also been invited for IPL 2022 closing ceremony.

IPL 2022 closing ceremony will be organized for the first time since 2018. In the year 2019, there was no closing or opening ceremony to condole the passing away of soldiers who were martyred in the Pulwama attack. Whereas in 2020 and 2021, the closing ceremony had to be canceled due to Covid-19 threat.
