India vs West Indies 2nd Test: India get 4 wickets before lunch

Kingston: West Indies won the toss and opted to bat first against India in the second Test here on Saturday.

India have replaced injured Murali Vijay with KL Rahul. 

India lead the four-Test series 1-0 after winning the first Test at Antigua.
