London: For the first time in the career history of Roger Federer, he dropped a set 0-6 at Wimbledon. The 40-year old Swiss, who won his last Wimbledon in 2017 was defeated 3-6, 6-7 and 0-6 in the quarter-final by Hubert Hurkacz.
It has sent shock waves across the world of tennis. People are not able to believe that Roger Federer could be beaten in straight sets at Wimbledon and that too without winning a single game in the last set.
Federer has won 20 grand slams, but his last slam came in 2018 when he won the Australian Open. He won his last Wimbledon in 2017. After winning so much, to lose the quarter-final in such a manner has got people thinking if Federer will ever win another grand slam again. When asked if this might be Federer's last Wimbledon, he said, "I don't know. I really don't know. I've got to regroup. My goal was always to try & play another Wimbledon. I was able to make it this year, which I'm really happy about. Everything that comes after we'll have to sit down and talk about it"

Nonetheless, it was a career-defining moment for Hubert Hurkacz who idolised Federer for the majority of his lifetime. To defeat the great man must have been something for him.
On the other hand, Novak Djokovic won his 10th Wimbledon quarterfinal. With the win, he has inched even closer to his 20th grand slam title. If he wins this, he will be on par with Nadal and Federer at 20 grand slams.
