Expectations were high for Kohli in IND vs AUS 1st Test in Perth, given his strong record in Australia. However, the veteran disappointed both the team and his fans with another poor outing.

Surprisingly, Virat Kohli holds the record for most dropped catches by an Indian player in past five years. Since 2019, the former skipper has missed 47 chances. Following him are Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul, both with 21 drops each, while Mohammed Siraj is close behind with 20.
