Team India continues to lead the World Test Championship (WTC) points table with a PCT of 68.52. Australia is in second place with a PCT of 62.5, while New Zealand is in third with a PCT of 50.
Bangladesh moved to number 4 spot in WTC standings after 2-0 win over Pakistan. Sri Lanka, making a significant leap after win in ENG vs SL 3rd Test, claims the 5th position. Sri Lanka's PCT rose dramatically from 33.33 to 42.85, propelling them from 7th place to top 5.
With back-to-back wins over Sri Lanka in first two tests, England had reached 5th position. However, their defeat in the final Test dropped their PCT to 42.18, causing big impact on their standing, and pushing them to 6th position.
South Africa, Pakistan, and West Indies currently occupy the 7th, 8th, and 9th positions, respectively, in the World Test Championship standings.
