MLC 2024 Updated Points Table & Most Runs, Wickets List: Here's a look at the updated points table of the ongoing Major League Cricket (MLC) 2024 aftre the SFU vs TSK match on July 11 (IST).
MLC 2024 Updated Points Table & Most Runs, Wickets List: Texas Super Kings (TSK) defeated San Francisco Unicorns (SFU) by seven wickets in the seventh match of the ongoing Major League Cricket (MLC) 2024, at Church Street Park in Morrisville on July 11 (as per the Indian Standard Time). Led by Faf du Plessis, TSK leapfrogged every other team in the MLC points table and went from the last position to the top after the win over SFU.
Faf du Plessis won the toss and decided to bowl first, sending SFU in to bat first. SFU’s Finn Allen seemed to be giving his team a brisk start but fell in the very first over after hitting a boundary and a six. After this, TSK kept chipping away the wickets at regular intervals and SMU finished with the total of 127-10 in 17.5 overs, with TSK's Mohammad Mohsin claiming four wickets.

Chasing the total, TSK’s Devon Conway and du Plessis forged a good partnership right up at the top and gave the team an excellent start. After the first wicket fell, number three batter Aaron Hardie too contributed heavily with a 22-ball 34 runs knock and despite him falling, TSK achieved the target in just 12.5 overs, winning by seven wickets.
