IPL 2025 - RR vs RCB: Check Complete Head-To-Head Record

Both RR and RCB will be looking to bounce back after defeats in their previous outings in IPL 2025.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 28th match of IPL 2025 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday, April 13.

Both teams will be looking to bounce back after defeats in their previous outings. RR suffered a heavy 58-run loss against Gujarat Titans while chasing a target of 218. Their batting fell short as they were bundled out for just 159, marking their third defeat in five games this season.

On the other hand, RCB faced Delhi Capitals in their last match in IPL 2025. Despite posting a modest total of 163/7, RCB's bowlers started well, reducing DC to 58/4. However, an unbeaten 111-run stand between KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs turned the game around, handing RCB their second loss in five matches.

When it comes to head-to-head encounters, RR and RCB have been closely matched over the years. Out of 32 matches played in the IPL between these two sides, RCB holds a narrow lead with 15 wins, while RR has won 14.

Three matches ended in ties, and none were declared no result. The rivalry has seen many closely contested games, with neither side clearly dominating the other.

RR have struggled for consistency this season and currently sit at seventh place on the points table with 4 points.

On the other hand, RCB have looked more composed, winning three out of their five matches and occupying the fifth spot with 6 points. With both teams eyeing a much-needed win, an exciting contest is on the cards.
