IND vs ENG, Guyana Latest Weather Update: Here's the weather forecast for the India vs England T20 World Cup 2024 Semifinal, set to be played in Guyana on June 27.

IND vs ENG, Guyana Latest Weather Update: India are set to take on England in the second semifinal of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 on June 27 (Thursday) at the  Providence Stadium in Guyana. Led by Rohit Sharma, India have been undefeated so far in the tournament, with their last victory coming against arch-rivals Australia in the Super 8 stage. England, led by Jos Buttler, looked to be out of touch during the Group stage of the T20 World Cup but found their way in the Super 8s. However, the weather forecast for Guyana ahead of the IND vs ENG semifinal is not promising and  and could play spoilsport.

AccuWeather forecasts cloudy conditions with showers for 10 AM Local Time (7:30 PM IST) in the morning at Providence Stadium. The match starts at 10:30 AM Local Time (8:00 PM IST). Temperatures will be around 29 degrees Celsius, with easterly winds at 9 to 10 km/h. Notably, there's a 66% chance of rain, raising concerns about possible interruptions during the match.

What Happens If IND vs ENG Semifinal Gets Washed Out?

To ensure the completion of the game, the ICC has allocated a total of 250 minutes of extra time for both semi-finals.

However, if the game gets washed out, the team that finished higher in their Super 8 group will qualify for the final. Thus, India have an advantage over England, having topped Super 8 Group 1 by winning all their matches, whereas England finished second with two wins out of three games.
