IND vs ENG Rajkot Test: In a remarkable display of skill and form, Indian cricket team's star batter Yashasvi Jaiswal (214 runs off 236 balls) secured his second double-hundred in Tests during Day 4 of the ongoing India vs England Test series in Rajkot. Remarkably, Jaiswal's first double-ton came in the previous match (2nd Test) in Visakhapatnam. With this achievement, the promising cricketer now boasts three 150-plus scores in his initial 13 Test innings for India, setting impressive records along the way.

After reaching his century on Day 3, Jaiswal was forced to retire hurt due to back spasms. However, he returned to bat on Day 4 after Gill's dismissal on 91. Resuming at 104, Jaiswal continued his stellar performance. He forged a century stand with Sarfaraz and eventually achieved another remarkable double-century.

His feat puts him on par with legends Virender Sehwag and Sanjay Manjrekar, who also achieved 3 centuries in the same number of innings.

Notably, former Indian captain Mohammad Azharuddin holds the record for the quickest to score 3 centuries, achieving this feat in just the first 4 innings.
