Sports personalities, including cricketers, are stuck at their homes as all sporting events around the world are either cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 lockdown.
New Delhi: The Indian cricket team's standout performer in red-ball format, youngster Mayank Agarwal, on Wednesday, posted a few pictures on Twitter as he informed fans about 'how to travel during lockdown'.
Sports personalities, including cricketers, are stuck at their homes as all sporting events around the world are either cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 lockdown.
"How to travel during the lock down. Step 1: Get an armchair; Step 2: Look into the horizon; Step 3: Let your imagination run wild," Agarwal tweeted.
With loads of free time due to COVID-19 induced lockdown, Mayank Agarwal also showcased his cooking skills as he was seen experimenting with various dishes. In an interview, ex-India opener Gautam Gambhir had praised Agarwal, saying that "he may not be the most gifted going around but he is certainly the most organised" “I have a lot of faith in Mayank Agarwal. He may not be the most gifted going around but he is certainly the most organised. He will not treat bowlers with disdain like Virender Sehwag or a David Warner did but has the clarity of mind of an opening batsman,” Gambhir wrote in his column for Times of India. Mayank Agarwal made his debut in December 2018 and created a major impact in his very first assignment as he scored 76 and 42, respectively in his first two innings against Australia at MCG. The young Test specialist followed up by attaining two remarkable tons last year - each against Bangladesh and South Africa. How to travel during the lock down Step 1: Get an armchair Step 2: Look into the horizon Step 3: Let your imagination run wild#ArmchairTravel #QuarantineTravelChallenge #StayHome pic.twitter.com/1enXb5DNLp
